The project Business - and IT monitoring has been defined as subproject of the professionalization of Incident management. The aim is to analyze the guarding and follow-up of ' events ' and, wherever possible, to improve this.

To establish recommendation report incl. costs to be expected.

Background

ABN AMRO is continuously professionalizing their management processes for its transaction banking systems. The department IT Transaction Banking Process Management plays a directing role and has among other things the task to analyze and improve the ITIL processes.
