Context

To make sure support is given according to the defined standards, a staff department is set up which consists of all process coordinators. These coordinators will further implement the defined processes (Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Release- and Configuration Management) within the organization.

Management of the mentioned staff department. Reporting to management team. Span of control was 250 employees. The coordination of implementation issues and problems with MT members.

Background

Operation Service with Rabobank Netherlands has formed a new group (Group ICT), which is formed from all IT-departments within Rabobank Netherlands. This new group supports the IT services for Rabobank Netherlands and its companies.
