Context
The Trimaranproject has the responsibility to accompany the outsourcing. Before the actual transition (commencement date), a thorough inventory of the several ING IT-processes needs to be done.

Short description
Inventory and describe the current processes within ING. Obtain a clear view of the current processes by means of interviews with key people and write a plan of approach to bridge the delta with the Atos Origin processes.
Background
ING has outsourced a part of its IT to Getronics, KPN and Atos Origin. For this the Trimaranproject has been started under supervision of Accenture to prepare the transition and transformation in a structured way to the 3 parties.
Korte omschrijving
Inventariseren en beschrijven huidige processen binnen ING. D.m.v. diverse interviews inzichtelijk krijgen van huidige procesgang en plan van aanpak schrijven om delta met de Atos Origin processen te overbruggen.
Achtergrond
ING heeft een deel van haar IT geoutsourced naar Getronics, KPN en Atos Origin. Hiertoe is het Trimaranproject opgestart onder supervisie van Accenture om de diverse onderdelen gestructureerd onder te brengen bij de drie partijen.
